My Signal Path — Refund Policy

My Signal Path is a digital service that delivers a personalized Signal Snapshot report upon completion of a guided interview. Because our product is a fully rendered, personalized service — not a physical item — our refund policy reflects the nature of what we deliver.

Refunds are available in the following situations:

Your access code has not been used. If you purchased My Signal Path and have not yet started your interview, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing brian@mysignalpath.com.

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

Your access code has been used and your guided interview has been completed. Once your Signal Snapshot has been delivered the service has been fully rendered, no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of whether you agree with, like, or use the results of your snapshot.

Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical failure caused by My Signal Path — such as the interview failing to load, the chat stopping mid-interview due to an error on our end, or your Signal Snapshot failing to generate or deliver — please contact us at brian@mysignalpath.com and we will make it right.

Technical issues on the customer's end — including but not limited to device failure, internet connectivity problems, browser incompatibility — are not eligible for a refund. My Signal Path access codes remain valid and re-enterable if your interview was interrupted before completion, so you can return and finish your interview at any time without losing access.
